It costs a lot of money to study abroad. Until now, I spent on taking TOEFL tests, getting a student's visa, receiving a medical examination, and so on. From now, we have to pay much money. For example, expenses of plane tickets, costs of living...
So, I thought I should earn pocket money even though it is a little. Because I depend on my parents to spend almost all money to study abroad. I have worked at Western restaurant as a waitress since this summer vacation. My pay is not expensive. But I work keeping the proverb "little and often fills the purse." in my mind.
However, manager of the restaurant called me on last month. He said to me that "you don't have to come the restaurant to work." I was so surprised that I asked him what happened. Any trouble seemed to happen at the restaurant. I couldn't work and earn any more... So, I often read job magazines and wanted advertisements in case the restaurant wouldn't open.
About a month was passed, yesterday, manager finally told me that the restaurant reopen! I really felt relief at the news because I intended to work in winter vacation only at the restaurant. I will consume much time working. Naturally, I will study English hard...
