The wind orchestra club which I belong to have a skiing camp every spring vacation. But I can't join the camp this year. So, my seniors took me skiing with some members of the club.
I tried funski which is a kind of skiing using short boards and no stocks. We can turn easier. Other people are very nice skier. They said to me that "the best way to improve skiing skill is to keep up with good skiers." I glided as hard as I can. But by the time I got back to home, I could get better if I do say so myself.
On the way home, we took a hot spring bath. We gave massage not to have mustles ache. After our bodies became warm, we had a full stomach with chinese noodles.
In Australia, I would not see snow. I don't have a plan to go skiing right now, this time may a last looking of snow. Instead of skiing, I want to try to enjoy marine sports!

Hi!
It's Wataru and I came from Kanako's blog.
"funski" sounds interesting! I want to try it someday. But is it easy for beginner? If I cannot stop...(x_x;
Hi, I'm from the UNH blogs. I like to go skiing too. But I haven't gone in a long time. I will try to go sometime during vacation.

Hi! Thank you for reading my blog.
I heard that funski is easy for beginner to try because short boards make it easy to turn. Let's try!

Thank you(^-^)
Have a nice year!
There are many Ski resorts in New Hampshire, but I've only been to 2 of them. They were really fun, but the last time I went to either of them was over 10years ago.

There are some ski resort in Yamanashi next to Tokyo. But I often go to Nagano north of Yamanashi to go skiing. In Nagano, some ski resorts were used as official resorts when Nagano olympic was held.
I hope you can enjoy skiing in Japan!
